Monthly Calendar
Our monthly calendar gives our parents a more detailed look at what events are occurring at school. Updated regularly, this resource is invaluable to our families. Families in grades 4-8 can also access this calendar in their ParentPortal account.
STS Tution Management
St. Francis Xavier Catholic School utilizes Simple Tuition Solutions for our financial assistance applications and tuition management. All financial assistance applications are due by April 15th. Tuition plans must be created no later than July 1st.

Volunteer Hours Tracking
Each family is asked to contribute 10 volunteer hours during the school year or pay an additional $100 toward tuition. Please use the link below to record your hours.
After Care
St. Francis Xavier Catholic School provides before care beginning as early as 7:00 a.m. each morning.
The afterschool program will run from 3:10 – 6:00 p.m., Monday – Friday.
School Handbook
Our School Handbook contains the rules and policies that govern the school, faculty, students and parents. These rules and policies may be updated from time to time.
Youth Protection
All volunteers must complete the mandatory Diocese of Harrisburg Youth Protection program. This is a free program for volunteers and must be completed every 5 years.

Parent-Teacher Organization
Our PTO supports our school through various family friendly activities and fundraising events. The PTO is always looking for volunteers to assist at events.
