Becky Sieg
PRINCIPAL
ALGEBRA & 7TH GRADE MATH
A graduate of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic School and Delone Catholic High School, Mrs. Sieg holds a B.S. in Elementary Education from King’s College and an M.S. in Educational Leadership from York College of Pennsylvania. A member of our faculty since 1996, she holds PA certification for School Administration for K—12, Instructional II, and Middle School mathematics. In addition, she holds catechetical certification from the Diocese of Harrisburg. Mrs. Sieg currently teaches Algebra 1 to qualified 8th grade students at St. Francis Xavier Catholic School.

Fr. Stephen Kelley
PASTOR
Fr. Kelley was named pastor at St. Francis Xavier in June 2022. He was ordained in 2013, having attended Saint Vincent Seminary in Latrobe, PA. Originally from Lebanon, PA, his family now lives in Dover/York, PA. In his leisure time, Fr. Kelley enjoys golf, watching sci-fi (especially Doctor Who), the Baltimore Ravens, and reading books about the Catholic Faith, especially those by C. S. Lewis and G. K. Chesterton.

Fr. Michael Pray
PAROCHIAL VICAR
Fr. Pray was named parochial vicar of St. Francis Xavier in June 2024. He was ordained in 2024, having attended Mount St. Mary’s Seminary in Emmitsburg, MD. Fr. Pray is originally from Shermans Dale, PA and his family still lives in Perry County where he grew up. In his leisure time, Fr. Pray enjoys photography, baking, and football, especially watching the Penn State Nittany Lions, where he attended college. He’s passionate about education, especially Catholic Education, having been a teacher and school administrator before entering the seminary.

Jeanna Botts
GRADE 4-6 MATH
GRADE 4 HOMEROOM, SOCIAL STUDIES, LANGUAGE ARTS
Mrs. Botts graduated from Eastern University with her Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education. She began teaching in 2014. Mrs. Botts and her husband are proud parents of 1 son and 2 daughters. At home, Ms. Jeanna enjoys all things nature! She spends time gardening and hiking with her family.

Kelli Eisenberg
MUSIC
Mrs. Kelli Eisenberg began her teaching career at St. Francis Xavier after graduating from Gettysburg College in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Education. She teaches general music to grades Pre-K through Grade 8, directs the Children's Choir, is a piano accompanist for Masses, and offers private piano lessons. Originally from the greater Philadelphia area, she now resides in Dover, PA with her husband and son.

Heather Fadrowski
DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
PHYSICAL EDUCATION TEACHER
Mrs. Heather Fadrowski is a graduate of the University of Maryland. She began her teaching career at Saint Francis Xavier Catholic School in 2023 as the school’s P.E teacher and loves every minute of it. Mrs. Fadrowski has 3 girls who also attend the school. She enjoys gardening, hiking, snuggling her goats and staying active! Mrs. Fadrowski is also the Director of Development for the school and is very proud to be part of such a welcoming and positive Catholic community!

Patt Fagnani
ART
TECHNOLOGYMrs. Fagnani has been teaching in the Diocese of Harrisburg for more than 25 years, and over 20 at St. Francis Xavier. She was born and educated in Philadelphia and received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Temple University. When not at school, Mrs. Fagnani enjoys spending time with her husband, three grown children, five grandchildren, and her sweet beagle, Shady.

Jennifer Fleming
GRADE 2
Mrs. Jennifer Fleming has been working in Catholic Schools for over 25 years. Mrs. Fleming earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from the College of William and Mary and a Master of Arts in Elementary Education from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. In addition, she holds a Catechetical Certification from the Diocese of Harrisburg and a Level II teaching certification from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. She was the recipient of the 2018 Golden Apple Award from the Diocese of Harrisburg. Mrs. Fleming and her husband are the proud parents of four children, two of whom attend St. Francis and two who attend Delone Catholic High School.

Ron Floess
Instructional Support/Enrichment
Mr. Ron Floess graduated from Indiana University of PA (Bachelor of Science) and Shippensburg University (Master of Education). He teaches learning support and enrichment 2-3 days per week and runs the newly formed chess club. Mr. Ron has also coached tennis and wrestling in the area. He enjoys spending time with his daughter Honey (3rd grade) and his sons Nigel (kindergarten) and Simon (pre-k).

Debbie Holt
RELIGIOUS EDUCATION
Mrs. Debbie Holt is a Pennsylvania native who has lived in Gettysburg since 1997. In 1990, she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education from Millersville University. She has been married to her better half, Harry, since 1991 and is the proud mother of Sarah, Nathan, and Sophia, all of whom graduated from St. Francis Xavier Catholic School. Mrs. Holt has been directing religious education since 2006 and specifically at St. Francis since 2011.

Cindie Kane
SPANISH
Mrs. Cynthia Kane graduated from Clarion University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and a minor in Foreign Languages. She obtained a Master’s Equivalency in Early Childhood Education from Shippensburg University. She is also a licensed Music Together instructor receiving her certification in Alexandria, Virginia. She retired from public school education in 2018 after serving 42 years in the Upper Adams School District. She is back to teaching in a new venture with the Pre-K through 8th grade students at SFX as she teaches them all Spanish as a second language. She is thrilled to be teaching again and is loving every minute of this experience. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her husband, Jeff, two children and their spouses and three grandchildren. She also loves to read and volunteers at the Adams County Library System to do Storytime. Sra. Kane is the Adult Choir Director and also the Wedding Coordinator for the Parish. She feels blessed to be able to contribute to the Catholic community in so many ways!

Mia Riggle
GRADE 3
Ms. Mia Riggle graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from High Point University. She began her teaching career at St. Francis Xavier Catholic School in the Spring of 2024. She was born and raised in Gettysburg, and feels blessed to be teaching in her hometown. In her free time, you can find Ms. Riggle spending time with her family and staying active!

Melody Lang
GRADE 1
Ms. Melody Lang has been teaching first grade since 1997. She started teaching at St. Francis Xavier Catholic School in 2009. She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware and her Master of Arts in Elementary Education from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. She also holds her Catechetical Certification from the Diocese of Harrisburg.

Stephanie Parry
GRADES 6-8 LANGUAGE ARTS
GRADE 6 HOMEROOM
Mrs. Stephanie Parry earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Ithaca College in New York and then received her teaching certification in the State of Texas, where she taught English, journalism and yearbook. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Education and Library Science. Mrs. Parry and her husband, Drew, are both originally from Frederick, MD and returned to the area after being away for 16 years while he served in the United States Marine Corps. She has four daughters, Chloe, Emma, Hannah, and Maggie. In her free time, she likes to bake, hike, and spend time with her family.

Steve Phenicie
GRADES 4-8 RELIGION
GRADE 8 HOMEROOM, MATHMr. Phenicie was born and raised in Michigan, and attended Western Michigan University for his Bachelors and Masters in Elementary Education. He moved to Pennsylvania in 2008 to teach in the Diocese of Harrisburg and has been a member of St. Francis Xavier parish since 2013. His wife, Kate, is the Director of Spiritual Life at Delone Catholic and they have a three-old-daughter. In his free time, Mr. Phenicie enjoys spending time with family, watching movies, and cheering on U of M football!

Kim Reiner
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
SCHOOL BUSINESS MANAGER
Ms. Kim has been a member of the SFXCS Faculty for the past 25 years. She began her teaching career at St. Francis in Grade 1, then started the Pre-K program. When the new school was opened in 2010, Ms. Kim initiated the all-day program with the blessing of Sister Phyllis Simmons and Father Joseph Hilbert. She left teaching for two years and worked at the St Francis Church office, but returned in the 2018/2019 school year as the Grade 3 teacher, and now acts as Administrative Assistant. She has been a long-time member of the St. Francis Xavier Church community. Ms. Kim values the growth she receives from her church and her faith.

Judy Sartori
PRE K
Mrs. Judy Sartori joined St. Francis Xavier and our PreK 4s class in 2023. She attended Catonsville College of Maryland for business and worked in the real estate and insurance field. She has continued her education with early childhood education classes. After taking a break to be at home with her children she worked at Littlestown Area School District as a substitute. She has a love for teaching Pre-K and Kindergarten, so she became a Pre-K teacher at Sonshine Christian Preschool for 10 years. She continued on as a learning support paraeducator for the Gettysburg Area School District with Kindergarten for 7 years. She is thrilled to be back teaching Pre-K again. Mrs. Sartori was born and raised in Maryland and not resides in Gettysburg, she is married to her husband Tony and they have two daughters and one son.

Mrs. Sauers is a graduate of York College of Pennsylvania. She has been married to her husband for 9 years and they have two children, Oliver and Lucy. She enjoys going to the beach with her family, playing board games with her children, reading and exercising.

Tiffany Stultz
GRADE 7 HOMEROOM
GRADE 4-8 SCIENCEMrs. Stultz has been teaching in Catholic Schools for 22 years. Mrs. Stultz earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from York College of Pennsylvania. She was the recipient of the 2013 Golden Apple Award from the Diocese of Harrisburg. In her free time, Mrs. Stultz enjoys spending time with her family, grandchildren, friends, riding her bike, camping and baking.

Mandy Willard
KINDERGARTEN
Mrs. Mandy Willard graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary and Kindergarten Education. She obtained her religious certification through the Diocese of Harrisburg. She started her teaching career for SFXCS in 2001 by teaching four years of first grade, followed by taking a six year break to raise her children. After her return to SFXCS in 2012, she taught one year of preschool, and then accepted the kindergarten teaching position. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, their three daughters, and their Golden Retriever. They love to travel, cook, take hikes in the woods around their home, garden and play badminton.
