Raider Rewards Scrip Gift Card Program

Our Raider Reward gift card program is  a great way to support St. Francis Xavier Catholic School!  Earn money for SFXCS year round through the Raider Rewards Scrip Program.  Simply use gift cards for your everyday purchases, and earn a rebate on each one at no additional cost.  The beauty of the program is that you are supporting our school and students just by going about your everyday business, making your normal purchases!

The Basics:  It’s Easy

Purchase gift cards from over 700 of America’s favorite and most trusted retailers through St. Francis Xavier School, and use them to pay for your everyday household purchases.  The only cost to you is the time it takes to plan a little ahead.  It’s like free money.  What more could you ask for?

How it Works

Parish family members buy gift cards through our school at full face value, and use them in place of cash, checks, debit or credit cards for their everyday shopping.  Our school purchases the gift cards through local vendors and the Great Lakes Scrip Center at a reduced cost.  The difference is immediate fundraising for our school.  It really is that easy!

Three Ways to Purchase

1.      Over the Counter.  The Xavier Center (XC) office keeps an on-hand inventory of “Best Seller” cards that include Giant, Weis, Kennie’s, Walmart, Sheetz, and Kohls.  You can purchase these at the XC office Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

2.     Special Order.  Order forms are available at the XC office or you can find one on line at the school website.  Fill out the form and submit to the XC office along with cash, check or credit card for payment.  Orders received by 11:00am on Monday will be ready for pickup at the XC office on Friday.

3.     On-Line.  Create your free ShopWithScrip account in just a few easy steps.  Go to www.shopwithscrip.com and click on the “Create Account” button in the green Family Sign Up box on the left side of the page.  This will take you to the “Family Registration” page.  Simply fill in the required fields on the form and accept the terms and conditions of the site.  You’ll be asked to enter St. Francis Xavier School’s unique enrollment code (286F8C857367) to link your account activity with our school.  Once registered, use the ShopWithScrip.com website and chose the cards you want to purchase.  Print the receipt and bring it with a check for payment to the XC office for pick-up on Friday, or pay on-line with the PrestoPay option.

Raiders Rewards (Script)

Competition

Are you competitive?  Do you like to shop? Do you have someone on your Christmas list that you just don’t know what to buy for them? What a better way to satisfy and solve all of these events than to participate in our Raiders Rewards/Script Competition and buying gift cards to your favorite stores and restaurants, while helping your child’s school.

Here is how it will work:

  •  The competition will run from NOVEMBER 6TH THRU THE 24TH.
  • We will be sending home 3 order forms per family, one for each week.
  • When ordering please COMPLETELY fill out the top portion of the forms and indicate which grade(s) your child(ren) are currently in this year. This will help us with figuring out which class will be the WINNER! For the families with multiple children, when you place an order we will evenly divide the order between your child(ren) classes.
  • The class with the most sold will win a PIZZA PARTY donated by Cecelia Miller.
  • We will also enter your name in a raffle for every $1,000 of gift cards sold. If you are the lucky name drawn, you will have the chance to choose a $25 gift card of your choice

We are hoping to get families in the routine of ordering on a weekly basis. Whether you are grocery shopping for Thanksgiving or shopping for Christmas, which is right around the corner, this is a great way to help raise money for the school. When you order by Monday at 11:00am, your order will be ready by Friday for pick up or backpack delivery. If you have any questions please email me at nnherr@yahoo.com
