ATP - Active Tuition Plan

We are excited to continue our tuition program again this year. Active Tuition Plan (ATP) is a yearly commitment to keep St. Francis Xavier Catholic School accessible, affordable and available to all families.

We believe ATP will help in three ways:

  1. ATP gives you an opportunity for greater involvement with the education of your child.

  2. ATP allows you to lower your tuition.

  3. ATP gives you opportunities to decide how involved you want to be in your child's education.

The St. Francis Xavier Catholic School Active Tuition Plan is a simple way to save hundreds of dollars on their child's tuition.   In order to qualify for ATP, families must agree to fulfill three (3) "units" from the various ATP choices. These choice include: raffle and race, scrip, volunteer hours, and PEDS (Provide, Equip, Donate, Supply.) For more information, click below to access the ATP guide and form.

Any questions or concerns please contact Darren St. Clair in the Development office at 334-4221 or

Record Your Volunteer Hours On-line

You can now record your volunteer hours on-line.   Click the link below, complete the ATP Volunteer Form and Submit.  If you prefer,  you can record your volunteer hours in the yellow binder at school in the development office next to Mrs. Siegs office.  The yellow binder has a tab for each family.  Find you family name and complete the form.   ATP progress reports will be tallied from hours recorded on-line and in the Volunteer log binder.  You do not have to record your hours in both places for the same event.

Volunteer hours can include:  PTO events, Development events, recess duty, cafeteria duty, book fair assistance, classroom helpers, room parent helpers, copying for teachers, front office assistance and much much more.   If you have any questions as to what qualifies as ATP volunteer hours please contact Mrs. Sieg.
