When and where is your Gala being held?
The Night in Bloom Gala will be held on Saturday, March 7, 2026 at the Wyndham Gettysburg. The Wyndham is located at 95 Presidential Circle, a short drive from the intersection of US Rts. 30 and 15. Doors will open at 5:00 p.m. for cocktail hour and dinner will be served at 6:30 p.m.
What is the dress code?
The dress code for the Gala is formal. For men, a tuxedo or dark suit with a dress shirt and tie. For women, a full-length evening gown, dressy cocktail dress or pantsuit.
What is included with the ticket price?
Ticket prices include Hors d’Oeuvres, 2 tickets for the cash bar ($10 max drink price), plated dinner, dessert, coffee and hot tea. Tickets MUST be purchased in advance by the ticket cut off date!
Should I bring extra spending money with me to the Gala?
YES! In addition to the cash bar, there will be an silent auction with items like signed sports and entertainment memorabilia, vacations and experiences, locally sourced goods and more! In addition, we will have an exciting Heads or Tails 50/50, a secret box raffle and a wine pull. You do not want to miss out on these opportunities! Cash, check and credit card will be accepted.
Is the Gala a family friend event?
The Night in Bloom Gala is a 21+ event only. We will have a separate event for children ages 4 and up the evening of the Gala at a nearby business to coincide with the Gala. Please contact Mr. Guy at 717-334-4221 for more information about this event for your child(ren).
Can I book a hotel room at the Wyndham the night of the event?
Yes! A limited number of rooms will be available in a room block for guests wishing to stay the night of Saturday, March 7, 2026. To secure your room at the group rate, you must make your reservation no later than February 6, 2026. Please call 717-339-0020, Option 3 and ask for the “St. Francis Xavier Catholic School Gala Event” block rate. The discounted room rate is $104.00 plus tax. After February 6th, rooms in our block will be released and the group rate cannot be guaranteed.
